RooBY: A Chrome Extension for Pokemon Showdown

RooBY is a Google Chrome extension developed by NonprofitProphet. This free extension adds calculators and extra functionality to Generation 1 Pokemon Showdown. With RooBY, users can access a moveset distribution calculator and a damage calculator integration, making it easier to strategize and optimize their gameplay.

In addition to the current features, RooBY has plans to introduce more tools in the future. These include a remaining type percentage calculator, a calculator for miscellaneous aspects such as recovery move failure, crit rates, and confusion/sleep turn odds. Furthermore, RooBY aims to provide a Showdown UI themeing tool and a matchmaking system to find custom gaming types, such as "petmons".

It is important to note that RooBY is still in its early development stage, so users should expect some bugs. However, despite its early stage, the extension shows promise in enhancing the Pokemon Showdown experience for players.
